Trial can be so stressful, the last thing anyone needs is stress related to the technology or a team member who is not pulling their weight. We were so fortunate to have someone handling the technology who was not only 100% reliable but also so pleasant and easy going. By the end of the three weeks, I felt like you had been on our team for the last few years. I can tell you that our client was also really impressed with your effort, attitude and work product. He told me numerous times how impressed he was with our entire team and always made it a point to include you. I actually found myself bragging about you today to our Minneapolis office associates – talking about how great you were with video clipping (even if it required middle of the night help), power points (even if it required last-minute edits and additions), war room set-up, meal help, model help etc. Kurt and Kelli may be a little more spoiled than me as I think Brett also gives them A+ help, but I have to say that I have never worked with anyone who was so on-top of everything and also so nice.
