Lisa Cain

CEO & Founder

Lisa Cain, LCI’s CEO and Founder, is a Native American certified paralegal with a strong background in the administration of complex corporate litigations. Lisa has worked with Fortune 500 Corporations and the nation’s top law firms. Lisa got her start managing trial sites for the largest case in telecom history. Legal Concierge Inc., known as “LCI”, is hired by corporations and law firms all over the country to help manage their large complex litigation cases.

Lisa Cain holds high honors with a B.A. from the University of Arkansas, a B.S. from Texas Women’s University and is ABA certified through Southeastern Paralegal Institute. She is a member of many organizations including NAPW, Texas State Bar Association, Women’s Owned Business Enterprises and Native American Owned Businesses. LCI is WBE certified, Minority and HUB certified.

Lisa is a recognized Entrepreneur and has been fully featured in the Dallas Business Journal. Lisa has also published articles in the New York Daily Times, The New Jersey Press Association and is invited to speak at corporations and law firms informing General Counsel and Litigation Support Professionals on how they can cut litigation costs by up to 40% by using LCI’s cost effective methods.

Todd Spriggs

President & COO

Todd Spriggs joined LCI in 2005. He leads LCI efforts in client development and account management. Additionally, Mr. Spriggs directs and manages LCI National logistics division and services which include contract negotiations, trial budget analysis and development. Todd oversees LCI’s IT support teams. Since joining LCI, Mr. Spriggs has managed the technical and logistical duties for hundreds of multi-complex litigations.

In 2004 Todd co-founded Watergy, Inc., a technology company focused on treating produced water in the oil and gas industry. In 2002, he co-founded Light Ridge Resources, a computer software and consulting firm focusing on the power and process industries sectors. Mr. Spriggs successfully raised equity capital for the company and developed markets for its proprietary software. Additionally, he has 18 years of experience in the energy sector and has developed markets for innovative software products that focus on the optimization of natural resources.

Prior to 2002, Mr. Spriggs served as Vice President of Business Development for Matrix Process Integration and Matrix 2000 which provided energy services work for large utilities and process plants throughout the United States and Europe.

Todd has degrees in Accounting and Economics from the University of Virginia.

Steve Brown

CFO

Summary of Experience:
Steve Brown is a Dallas native who joins LCI with over 30 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, internal control compliance and financial management. Steve has served as the CFO of two public companies and is skilled at developing and maintaining an effective finance team.

Steve began his career working for a multi-national public accounting firm, and from there accepted a CFO role in a private company that went public three years later. He continued to gain valuable experience as he addressed day-to-day accounting and financial reporting requirements as well as other business events such as business combinations, international expansion, financing transactions and the passage of Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. While Steve has been promoted to positions of increasing responsibility during his career, he remains a hands-on executive who enjoys working directly with his team to successfully complete the task at hand. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a passion for his work and a dedication to achieving excellence.

Education:
Steve earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Hobbies:
In his time away from the office, Steve enjoys spending time with family, jogging and spending time outdoors.

Ross Jones

IT Director

Ross has 25 years of hands-on experience in computer hardware and software, LAN/WAN and Windows Server Support and administration.

Ross provides large war room design, setup and support, in addition to document preparation. His trial presentation and videography work is second to none. Ross worked on the BP Oil Spill Litigation as part of the trial tech team that managed over 125 million documents and over 3000 hours of video testimony.

If Ross is not setting up and running the war room, he is in the ``hot seat`` in the courtroom, overseeing the trial presentation technology.

When Ross gets the rare break from his busy trial schedule, he enjoys taking cruises.

Education:
• Computer Science degree from Tarrant County College, Texas.
• Over 50 IT certifications including Cisco, Microsoft, CompTla and InData.

Roman Rosas

Associate VP of Operations

Roman has 18 years of experience in Litigation Technology Support. Roman's career commenced with him working as in-house support expert for a national law firm. This early experience enabled him to assist firms with large complex litigation trials across the country.

As a lead trial presenter and consultant, Roman provides litigation support from database analysis and implementation to trial database preparation. Roman consults with clients nationally on anything trial related from electronic document discovery best practices to production strategies.

Roman is a Concordance Certified Software Administrator and has provided end-user training for various litigation support software including iPro, iConect and Sanction.

Roman enjoys traveling and exploring.

Education:
• MBA from Webster University at Webster Groves, Missouri.
• BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio

Rob Hubek

Director of Warehouse Ops.

Summary of Experience:
Rob Hubek came to North Dallas area from Wheaton, Illinois. Rob is from a suburb of Chicago with his wife and three children. Educated in accounting, management, and marketing with experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, publishing, medical supplies, and LED lighting, Rob brings his well-rounded background and expertise to LCI as a Director of Warehouse Operations.

As Logistics Supervisor, Rob supervises and coordinates an array of activities and makes it possible for LCI to ship and deliver goods all across the United States and overseas. Rob also oversees the shipping and delivery of materials and warehouse personnel. Rob’s timely implementation of daily operations for LCI makes managing the loading of trucks, setting up delivery routes and unloading of trial materials much easier.

Rob is also in charge of trucking operations for LCI. Rob is in charge of all operations regarding trial equipment and trial supplies.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys reading about health and wellness, coaching and watching his kiddos sports, and might even join his two college age sons in a game of pickup basketball.
Rob is also an avid snow skier and has spent many, many hours on the slopes in Colorado.

Jake Witcher

Sr. Director of Talent & Information Systems

Summary of Experience:

At the age of 21 Jake worked as the assistant to the Chairman and CEO of a Fortune 300 company in Dallas, TX. He went on to work with C-Level executives from other prestigious firms such as Builders FirstSource, Inc., Todd Events, Cawley Partners, and Swiss Re Life & Health. In 2014 he started a consulting firm, The Org Experts, that specialized in process automation and improvement, operations, efficiency, and training. He brings a proven track record of results in business administration, operations management, talent acquisition and retention, and data management.

Kristy Strawbridge

Director of Client Services

Kristy Strawbridge has 10 years’ experience working in legal administration. She has experience in accounting, legal billing, word processing, and as a paralegal. As the Senior Executive Assistant, Kristy sees to the day-to-day operations at our National Headquarters. She works closely with Management in executing the front-end groundwork necessary to get ready for our trials.
Not only is Kristy the Senior Executive Assistant at LCI, she also occasionally works as a Logistics Coordinator at our trial sites.

Education:
Kristy earned her Associates of Arts degree from Collin College. Kristy has a Paralegal Certificate from ACI.

Hobbies:
Kristy enjoys spending time with her two children, brunching with girlfriends, swimming, and reading.

Ken Reed

Managing Director - Technology

Ken Reed is a Founder and Managing Director of Cape Trial Consulting and has over 25 years of litigation presentation experience. He has worked on more than 200 engagements in his career and worked in every major American city and Asia. Last year, Mr. Reed spent more than 200 days in court and war rooms supporting trials.
A former litigation paralegal, Mr. Reed brings his extensive litigation experience to bear in the courtroom and war room. Recently, he managed several multi-district product liability litigations and, in the past three years, has managed courtroom technology to successful conclusions in more than a dozen high-profile Product Liability cases, as well as dozens of other trials and hearings involving patents, mass tort pharmaceutical cases, and medical malpractice cases.
Mr. Reed is a published author and has given speeches and CLE seminars across the country on the applications and benefits of litigation technology, including “Using Technology as a Persuasive Litigation Tool.” Prior to founding Cape Trial Consultants, Ken worked at FTI Consulting for more than 20 years following a successful career in broadcasting and multimedia production where he worked for Industrial Light & Magic, Warner Bros, NBC Television, and, among others, was an on-air traffic reporter for CBS radio in Los Angeles. Ken was featured in the print edition of Legal Technology News in an article titled “They Call it The Hot Seat for a Reason.”
When not in trial, Mr. Reed divides his time between Dallas, TX, and Coastal North Carolina.

Bill Hunnicutt

VP of Operations

Bill Hunnicutt joined the LCI team in 2023. He leads the operations team tasked with daily operations and activities focused on meeting and exceeding client needs.

Bill brings more than 25 years of experience in operations, sales management, and logistics in the plastics industry to the LCI team. Bill has served previously as the director and executive officer of Sintex Logistics LLC, a subsidiary of India based Sintex Ltd, heading a grass roots manufacturing operation to build fiber reinforced plastic components for the passenger rail and transportation industries. Bill has worked extensively in international logistics and business development serving as lead to multiple foreign companies in developing global solutions to manufacturing and logistical challenges to supplying OEMs with products throughout the world.

Bill earned his bachelor’s degree in chemistry at the University of Texas @ Arlington. He has served as graduate volunteer for the Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta for 20 years and is active in Scouting and woodworking.

Tyler Bowen

Manager of Sales

Tyler Bowen serves as Sales Manager at Legal Concierge Inc. (LCI), where he specializes in supporting leading legal teams in high-stakes trials nationwide. With a focus on the Mass Tort legal sector, he ensures that LCI's logistics, IT, graphics, and presentation resources are precisely tailored to the sector's complex demands.

Having built a substantial legal foundation early in his career, Tyler's transition into sales management has been marked by success in fostering growth and client satisfaction within complex and competitive environments. His strategic approach to client relationships is informed by his direct legal experience, which has proven instrumental in navigating the intricacies of the Mass Tort arena.

Holding a Juris Doctor from George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Southern Virginia University, Tyler's blend of legal and business acumen deepens his understanding of the challenges faced by LCI's clients. His educational background is a cornerstone of his sales management approach and is crucial to advancing LCI’s mission of delivering outstanding service to trial teams across the country.
