I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for every member of the LCI team who I worked with on-site in Nashville. It’s been a while since I’ve been on a trial with LCI and I was so happy to learn you guys would be a part of the team. The catering choices were phenomenal, the fridge and pantries were always stocked with a great selection, and the team even took care of my special cold brew request & restocked it throughout the trial without needing new requests.
Having LCI on site makes all aspects of my job easier, but Tricia, Nick, Alex, Willy/Willie, Ray, and Roman went above and beyond their responsibilities here. I probably asked Tricia more questions than I did for anyone else on the trial site and she was always ready with an answer and/or a solution. Everyone else treated my individual needs (schedule changes, last-minute rides to the print shop, supplies, holding the elevator when they see me enter the building) as a top priority even when they were in the middle of doing something and I’m so grateful for how much their presence counteracts the stress of an on-site trial.
