Dear Lisa and LCI team Grantges,
We wanted to take a moment to send a note of gratitude for everything that LCI did for us in the Grantges trial. Truly, this was the A++ team.
We felt incredibly cared for; every need was anticipated and met – from early morning coffee demands, to breakfasts and lunches for the jurors, to very late night critical copying, to running over (or scootering over!) immediate documents during trial. Nothing was missed. On top of this, the team took those moments to ensure trial birthdays were celebrated, treats were available for Friday debriefs, and moms/dads were appropriately celebrated on those important holidays.
And on a personal note, it meant quite a bit to me to know that when our team was working very late at the site, members of LCI stayed late to ensure everyone got home safely. Even if it meant no sleep. I can’t be there for all those moments for my team and knowing that their well being was prioritized by others truly is everything to me.
You all are the reason any trial team is successful; you are the foundation. We are all so grateful, and look forward to the next trial together.
