Ross, I’m sure the California team already shared the same sentiments with you, but many, many thanks for your great work during the Daver’s Transport hearing. There was a stark contrast between our (your) tech mastery and Claimants inability to pull and show exhibits (both on cross and direct), which ultimately benefitted us. I think I counted at least 5 times when our ability to pull and play an exhibit (especially the audio clips) caused me to fist pump because it came across so well during the hearing (I am glad I was not on camera most of the time!).
Appreciate your flexibility with the various scheduling changes and thanks for being a great partner with the FXG and Fisher Phillips teams over the past two-plus weeks.
