Just wanted to let you know that we had a great week with Jim and Dan. As you know, I’m big fan of Dan’s and he did not disappoint. Jim and Dan make a great team. Jim did a very good job. In particular, I was impressed with Jim’s handling of some unforeseen circumstances this week (the arbitrator was hospitalized) and Jim handled the changes quite well.
